The “Master of Arts in Comparative Literature” is a 4-semester long program conducted in German. The curriculum includes interdisciplinary courses that focus on the formal and historical relations between different national works of literature, periods, languages, as well as cultural regions. During their education, students will learn how to interpret texts of world literature. They will gain key competencies needed to analyse and present scientific findings in a professional manner. Graduates are qualified for positions in publishing houses, international cultural exchange, culture management, educational institutions, research institutes, and archives.
