The “Master of Arts in Eastern European History” is a 4-semester long program conducted in German. During their education, students will acquire in-depth knowledge in Eastern European History and related subjects to it. They’ll learn how to plan and conduct scientific research independently. Furthermore, the MA program offers students an opportunity to study for one semester at an Eastern European university. Occupational possibilities include work in NGOs, political consulting and journalism, museums and exhibitions, in the public and private sector linked to Eastern Europe, as well as in international organisations and education.
