The “Master of Education in Politics and Economics” is a 4-semester teacher training program conducted in German. It is a continuation of the Bachelor of Arts in Political Sciences offered at the University of Göttingen. The curriculum includes specialised courses in Theory and practice of political education, European multi-level system, as well as the research-oriented Democracy Today. Students will deepen their knowledge and gain didactical competence through various study cases and research projects. The MEd qualifies graduates for a teaching position at secondary schools.
