Description
The “Bachelor of Arts in Scandinavian Studies” is a 6-semester program conducted in German. The curriculum includes interdisciplinary courses such as Introduction to Ancient Scandinavian Studies, Introduction to Old Norse, Ancient Scandinavian Studies I, Introduction to Modern Scandinavian Studies, and Modern Scandinavian Studies I. Students have the opportunity to personalise their education and choose an elective module. During their studies, participants will focus on language practice and analysis of text and ancient artefacts. Graduates are qualified for employment in museums, libraries, business enterprises, and political and social institutions, mainly connected with Scandinavia. Graduates can further their education and pursue a Master’s degree.
