The “Master of Arts in Scandinavian Studies” is a 4-semester program taught in German. It is a continuation of the BA program in Scandinavian Studies offered at the University of Göttingen. The MA aims to deepen the knowledge of students and intensify their practice. Students will improve their research skills and learn how to independently analyse and present scientific findings with confidence and consistency. Graduates are qualified for a position in cultural mediation, publishing, media, as well as private and public research institutes connected with Scandinavian literature and culture.
