The “Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences” is a 6-semester long program taught in German. In the first semesters of the program, students will acquire extensive theoretical knowledge and a scientific overview of current social issues. Later on, participants can tailor their studies and choose one of the following specialisations - Ethnology, Economics, Law (or a combination of Economics and Law), and Pedagogy. The BA prepares graduates for further qualification such as Master’s degree programmes. Possible career opportunities include work in various sectors like market and opinion research, cultural and educational politics, foreign affairs and international development, public relations, marketing, public administration, business enterprises, and more.
