The degree program “Bachelor of Science in Biology” at University of Greifswald provides a full-time study course with a duration of six semesters. It is taught in both German and English. The main focus of this course is to impart a foundation of information about botany, zoology, ecology, molecular, cell biology and microbiology. Throughout this program participants will be involved in ongoing research projects that will help them in their future career, as well as gain skills and both theoretical and practical knowledge. Some of the important subjects covered by this course are anatomy, biophysics, cell and molecular biology, ecology and evolution, genetics, environmental biology and more.
