The state examination program “Dentistry” at University of Greifswald provides a full-time study course with a duration of twelve semesters. Dentistry deals with the prevention, diagnosis and therapy of tooth, mouth and jaw diseases, oral rehabilitation with dentures and the regulation of tooth and jaw anomalies. During their studies participants will gain knowledge, skills and abilities that are required as theoretical and practical knowledge and skills for the dentists. Some of the following subjects are included in this program chemistry, biology, anatomy, tooth, mouth and jaw diseases, orthodontics, dental prosthetics, pharmacology and more.
