The degree program “Master of Science in Health Care Management” at University of Greifswald provides a full-time study course with a duration of four semesters. The increasing dynamics and complexity of the demanding health care system require well trained professionals to work for the health care markets. During the course participants will develop their leadership skills, as well as get an in-depth view of the global healthcare in terms of sustainability, management of integrated healthcare systems, patient inclusion and health economics. It consists of some of the following modules: introduction to economics, accounting and finance, basics of medicine, basics of public health, health management, health economics and more. Towards the end of their study graduates will be able to start a job as healthcare administrator, healthcare finance manager, physician practice manager, healthcare department manager and many more.
