The degree program “Master of Arts in Organizational Communication” at University of Greifswald provides a full-time study course with a duration of four semesters. As a communication science master’s course, this program mainly deals with the social conditions, consequences and meanings of various forms of communication in relation to organisations in the process of organising. Throughout their studies participants will focus on practice and research and they will also gain knowledge about the characteristics of organisations, the connections between organisational structures and communication behaviour, as well as the cultural foundations of organisational communication. Some modules covered by this course our introduction to organisational communication, individual communications, digital culture, mass communication, corporate communications and more. Towards the end of their study graduates will be qualified to work as account manager, activities director, administrative aide, admissions counsellor, alumni coordinator, and many more.
