The degree program “Protestant Theology” at University of Greifswald provides a full-time study course with a duration of four semesters. This course is a scientific reflection of the bible and it also includes the dogmatic and religious traditions of the Christianity. Throughout the course participants will will focus on the biblical tradition of the old and new testaments, the history of christianity and its major lines of development. Some of the following subjects are covered in this program: protestant religion, judaism, history of religion, practical theology, systematic theology and more. The course will prepare students for their work as pastors in the church service.
