The ten-semester state examination program in “Teaching at Grammar Schools’’ is provided by University of Greifswald. The course is geared towards students who are interested in practicing the teacher profession at high schools. Participants will have to choose two subject that will be studied in-depth. Furthermore, they will be supplemented by educational science and subject-didactics training. Through intensive training, students will be prepared to convey knowledge in the most appropriate way for students in high schools. At the end of their studies, participants will have to write a thesis that is usually based on one of the two chosen subjects.
