The study program “Bachelor of Science in Food Chemistry” offered at the University of Hamburg conveys students theoretical and practical knowledge relating to Chemistry and chemical analysis of food. The 3-year study course provides education using modern food biochemical methods. The practical part, which is half of the whole study process, takes place in new and well-equipped laboratories.
