Description
University of Hamburg offers the degree program “Master of Science in Food Chemistry’’. With a duration of four semester this course of study is taught both in German and English. It is geared towards undergraduates who want to advance their knowledge on technical, methodological and legal aspects of food chemistry. The degree content is carried out through lectures, seminar, exercises and practical internships. Some of the modules featured in the curriculum include Food Chemistry, Food Law, Food Analysis, Toxicology, Biochemistry/Bioinformatics, and others.
