Description
The study program “Master of Science in Intelligent Adaptive Systems” at the University of Hamburg prepares students for research and development in intelligent and adaptive systems, covering theoretical issues and practical techniques for their design and implementation. The course of studies is entirely taught in English and provides participants with solid foundations in key areas, including adaptive systems, data science, complex systems and evolutionary computing. Individuals also have the opportunity to take a range of options in cutting-edge areas, including informatics, robotics, and neuro-cognition. The main focus of the degree program is on the smart and intelligent systems, therefore participants will have a full training, integrated into the study process, in order for them to gain deep understanding and know-how skills. Moreover, students will have the chance to be part of international research projects so that they can apply all the knowledge gained. This Master's degree program provides a grounding in theoretical and practical techniques for the design and implementation of intelligent systems, and allows specialisms in areas including computational neuroscience and artificial intelligence. Graduates will be qualified to enter their career life in different occupational fields, including neuroscience, human-machine interfaces, consulting and even customer care.
