Description

‘’Pharmacy’’ is an eight-semester study program offered at University of Hamburg that concludes with a state examination. Here, students will explore all relevant aspects related to pharmacy. The degree content consists of the following core subjects: Pharmaceutical Biology, Clinical Pharmacy, Pharmacology and Toxicology, Pharmaceutical/Medical Chemistry, and Pharmaceutical Technology/ Biopharmacy. In addition to the theoretical content, the program puts a strong emphasis on the development of practical skills through an eight-week internship and various practical exercises. This course grants graduates the qualification to practice the pharmacist profession.
