University of Hamburg offers the Master of Arts degree program “Slavic Studies’’. Over the course of four semesters, students will have the chance to acquire in-depth knowledge of two Slavic languages or literatures. The choice can be made between Polish, Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian or Czech. In addition to the methodological knowledge of both languages, participants will also acquire presentation and rhetorical skills. The degree content is comprised of subject-specific modules and elective modules. Furthermore, participants can participate in an exchange program with a partner university in different cities like Prague, Warsaw, Belgrade, Zagreb or St.Petersburg.
