University of Jena offers the stud program “Bachelor of Arts in Christianity in Culture, History and Education”. Its duration is six semesters. Students who enter the course will acquire solid knowledge of the history of Christianity, and what is the connection between theology and religion in church and society. The main subjects are Old Testament, New Testament, Systematic Theology, Church History, Practical Theology with Religious Education, and Religious Studies. In addition, participants have the chance to take part in practical exercises where will further their knowledge and skills.
