“Bachelor of Arts in Classical Archaeology” is provided by the University of Jena with a duration of six semesters. It is ideal for students interested in history, as they have the chance to learn more about the ancient cultures, focusing on Greece and the Imperium Roman. By entering the course, students will attend variety of theoretical lectures like Classical Archaeology, Introduction to Egyptology, Advanced Classical Archaeology, Introduction to Near Eastern Archaeology. And will better understand the problems of Greco-Roman art. Students will participate in practical tasks and work on different exhibitions, where will further their knowledge. After completing “Classical Archaeology” graduates can find career for example in museums, libraries, and much more.
