“Bachelor of Arts in Folklore/Cultural History” is a six-semester study program provided by the University of Jena. Those who enter this course have the opportunity to gain solid theoretical knowledge of areas like History, Linguistics and Literary Studies, Art History, Ethnology, and Religious Studies. Students will become familiar with how other people live, and learn more about their culture and tradition. They can also participate in practical trainings, and improve their experience and knowledge. Upon successful completion of “Folklore/Cultural History” graduates can find career in the field of cultural work, museum, journalism and science.
