“Master of Science in History of the Natural Sciences” is a four-semester study course offered by the University of Jena. By entering this program, participants will acquire solid knowledge of methods and theories of the history of natural sciences. They have the chance to deepen the knowledge they have gained during their Bachelor’s studies. Study plan includes seminars and theoretical lectures like Science and Society, Aspects of the History of Science, Instrument and Experiment, Science and Natural Philosophy in the Enlightenment. After completing the program, graduates can find their career opportunities in science administration or journalism, in archives, museums, libraries, publishing houses, and others.
