The study course “Master of Arts in Intercultural Personnel Development and Communication Management” offered by the University of Jena is with a duration of four semesters. The program is practice-oriented. It is designed to teach participants the fundamentals of intercultural personnel and organizational development. Students have the chance to choose between two areas to focus on: Intercultural Organizational Communication, or Intercultural Personnel Development. Content of study includes the lectures Foreign Languages at Work, Cultural Studies, Cultural Economics, Southeastern European Studies, Media Research, Public Relations. In addition, they are able to participate in an internship program abroad and further their knowledge. Upon successful completion of the course, graduates are prepared for professional career in international companies.
