Description
The state examination program “Mathematics’’ is offered by the University of Jena. Throughout the course of ten semesters, students will be introduced to didactic strategies for teaching mathematics in grammar schools (Gymnasium). Furthermore, the course also imparts knowledge of the systematic structure of mathematics. Another objective of the program is to qualify participants by teaching them specific working methods that will enable them to easily interact with adolescents and encourage them to participate in the learning process.
