“Pedagogical organizational consulting” is a certificate course with a duration of three semesters offered by the University of Jena. The aim is to provide participants with in-depth methodological knowledge and skills in the areas of counseling theory, counseling methodology and counseling practice. They will take part in seminars, lectures and practical exercises. Some of the main subjects includes Psychology, Law, Business Administration, School Pedagogy. Students can also participate in an internship program and gain additional experience. Graduates can work as a counselor in educational and social institutions, as a social pedagogues and social workers and much more.
