University of Jena offers the six-semester study course “Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy”. The aim is to provide students with knowledge of the world and human existence, or how to criticize and judge. By entering this program, participants will acquire solid knowledge in areas like Theoretical Philosophy, Logic and Argumentation, History of Philosophy, Image Theory, Philosophy in Latin, Accent. At the end of the studies, participants are able to solve complex problems in scientific manner, and better understand the surrounding world. Graduates can find career in adult education, in the press and publishing industry, libraries, archives, and much more.
