“Bachelor of Arts in Political Science’’ is an interdisciplinary study program provided by the University of Jena. Throughout the course of six semesters, prospective students will have the chance to deepen their knowledge in political science. Here, they will be introduced to the technical basics for understanding and evaluating political actions and events. The program covers a wide range of topics such as political parties, the relationship between politics and religions, etc. What is more, the study plan intertwines other disciplines as well such as economics, law or philosophy. In addition to the theoretical component, students will also engage in a lot of practical activities such as excursions and current events.
