University of Jena is offering the Magister study program “Private and Public Commercial Law” with a duration of four semesters. It combines both theory and practice. Students entering the course will acquire in-depth theoretical knowledge of the private and public business law, focusing on European and international references. Content of study includes seminars and lectures such as Law of Corporations, Fundamentals of the Law of the Tax Code, Economic Administrative Law, Regulatory & Antitrust Law.
