The “Bachelor of Arts in Art Studies” is a German-taught program with a duration of 6 semesters. The curriculum consists of multifaceted courses with a focus on Classical Art History, Iconography, Iconology, and Visual Sciences, Foundations of Modern Art, Theory and History of Art History, and more. Additionally, participants will have the opportunity to personalise their studies and choose between elective modules. During their education, students will receive sound theoretical and practical training. They’ll acquire social, methodological, and analytical skills needed for a successful career. Furthermore, the BA promotes self-growth and the development of soft skills such as teamwork, leadership, moderation, and more. Graduates are qualified to pursue a career in archives, libraries, museums, adult education, restoration, art market, radio, media industry, tourism, and publishing, cultural journalism, art criticism.
