The “Master of Laws in Business Law” is a 3-semester program conducted in German. It is a continuation of the corresponding Bachelor’s degree offered at the University of Kassel. The course aims to deepen the knowledge of participants and introduce them to more complex matters. The curriculum includes interdisciplinary courses with a focus on Business Administration, Accounting, Taxation & Legal Economics, European & International Environmental Law, European & International Labor & Social Law, European & International Corporate Law, and European & International Law of the Digital Society. During their studies, participants will gain industry-specific knowledge and hands-on experience. Also, the LLM promotes the development of soft skills such as leadership, project management, teamwork, problem-solving, moderation, etc. Graduates are prepared for managerial positions in legal or HR departments, advisory law firms, business consulting, tax advice, business associations, etc.
