The “Master of Arts in Coaching, Organizational Consulting, and Supervision” is a part-time, German-taught program with a duration of 6 semesters. It is ideal for applicants who wish to further their qualifications and continue their professional activities. The course is carried out at the Management School of the University of Kassel. During their course of education, participants will receive extensive theoretical and practical training. They’ll gain industry-specific skills and hands-on experience. Furthermore, the MA promotes personal growth and the development of soft skills such as leadership, teamwork, communication and organisation, moderation, and more. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to work as a coach, supervisor, organizational consultant or manager.
