The “Master of Arts in Diversity, Research, Social Work” is a German-taught program with a duration of 4 semesters. It is suitable for applicants with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or an equivalent field. The program aims to intensify the knowledge of students and provide them with extensive practice work. The curriculum consists of compulsory, industry-specific modules and a plethora of elective modules that participants can undertake. The MA is research-oriented and provides students with the social, methodological, and practical skills needed to plan and conduct their own projects. Upon completion of the program, graduates can put their expertise into use at equality offices, anti-discrimination work or in adult education. Furthermore, the MA is an excellent foundation for a later doctoral degree.
