The “Master of Arts in Education Management” is a part-time, German-taught program with a duration of 3 semesters. It is carried out at the Management School of the University of Kassel and is designed for applicants who wish to combine work and study at the same time. The curriculum includes interdisciplinary courses with a focus on Running Schools, Educational Governance, Ensuring the Quality of Schools, and Educational Counseling. Additionally, students can personalise their education and choose between elective modules. Throughout their studies, participants will acquire in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge. They’ll also gain industry-specific skills that will prepare them for day-to-day operations. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to pursue managerial positions in various sectors.
