The “Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering” is a German-taught program with a duration of 6 semesters. It is also available as a dual-study course, suitable for applicants who wish to further their practice work. In the first semesters, participants will dive deep into the fundamentals of core subjects and gain extensive theoretical knowledge. Later on, they’ll have the opportunity to align their education to their interests and choose a specialisation between  Electric power systems, Measurement, control and regulation technology, Information and communication technology, and Electronics and photonics. The BSc is application-oriented and aims to provide students with the social, methodological, and technical skills needed for the handling of complex tasks and projects. Furthermore, the program promotes the development of soft skills and professional core competencies. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to pursue positions in large/medium scale industries,  engineering offices, public companies, administrations, and research institutions. Graduates can also opt for a consecutive Master’s degree.
