Description
The “Master of Arts in Labor Policies and Globalisation” is an English-taught program with a duration of 2 semesters. It is a joint degree course of the University of Kassel and the Berlin School of Economics. The program is suitable for applicants with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Law, Pedagogy, or Social Sciences who wish to further their qualifications. The curriculum consists of interdisciplinary courses with a focus on Political Sciences, Trade Union Strategies in a Global Economy, Organizational Development of Trade Unions, Governance of Globalization, Research Methods, Economy Policy and the Role of Trade Unions. Additionally, participants can personalise their studies and undertake elective modules. Throughout their education, students will receive in-depth theoretical and practical training. They’ll acquire social, methodological, and technical skills, as well as hands-on experience needed for day-to-day operations. The MA prepares graduates for leadership positions in various sectors of the field.
