The “Master of Science in Landscape Architecture and Landscape Planning” is a 4-semester program conducted in German. It is a continuation of the corresponding Bachelor’s degree offered at the University of Kassel. The program aims to further the knowledge of students and introduce them to more complex matters. Participants have the opportunity to personalise their education by choosing a specialisation between Urban Design, Landscape Architecture and Open Space Planning, Environmental Planning and Landscape Management, and Landscape and Plant Use. Throughout their studies, participants will acquire in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge. The MSc is project-oriented and aims to teach students the social, methodological, and analytical skills needed for them to carry out a project independently. Depending on the specialisation of choice, graduates can pursue various careers in different sectors of the field.
