The “Master of Science in Mathematics” is an English-taught program with a duration of 4 semesters. It is designed for applicants with a corresponding Bachelor’s degree who wish to further their qualifications. The curriculum consists of interdisciplinary courses with a focus on Analysis, Algebra, Discrete Mathematics, Numerics, and Stochastics. Additionally, students will have the opportunity to personalise their education by undertaking elective modules. In the course of their studies, participants will receive in-depth theoretical and practical training. The MSc is application-oriented and teaches students how to handle complex tasks and turn theory into practice. Occupational opportunities include i.e. banks and insurance companies, logistics and telecommunications companies, software and consulting companies, etc.
