Description
The “Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering” is a German-taught program with a duration of 7 semesters. It is also offered as a dual-study concept, suitable for applicants who wish to put more focus on practice work. In the first semesters, students will focus on the fundamentals of Mathematics, Natural Sciences, and Mechanical Engineering. Later on, they’ll have the opportunity to choose one of the following fields of study - Applied Mechanics, Automation & System Dynamics, Energy Technology, Production Technology & Ergonomics, and Materials & Construction. During the course of their education, participants will acquire extensive theoretical knowledge and gain practical relevance. The BSc offers students application-oriented seminars and case studies that will prepare them for the dynamic environment of the field. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified for work in Vehicle Construction, Aerospace, Energy Technology, Automation and Production, Medical Technology, etc. The BSc is also an excellent foundation for a later Master’s degree.
