The “Bachelor of Science in Organic Agriculture” is a 6-semester program conducted in German. The course is also offered as a dual-study concept that allows participants to work and study at the same time. Individuals can apply to the course only if they complete a 13-week pre-study internship. The curriculum consists of interdisciplinary courses with a focus on industry-specific content linked to the Agricultural and Food industry. Additionally, participants can choose between elective modules and further their competencies. During the course of education, students will acquire extensive theoretical and practical knowledge. The BSc is application-oriented and provides participants with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and professional core competencies needed for a successful career. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to pursue leadership positions in the agricultural industry, food industry, environmental and nature conservation, educational work and in development cooperation. They can also opt for a consecutive Master’s degree.
