The Master’s double degree program “Master of Science in Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency for the Middle East and North Africa Region“ is English-taught with a duration of 2 years. It is designed for applicants with a relevant degree who wish to explore new career opportunities. The course is a result of the collaboration between the University of Kassel and Cairo University. The curriculum consists of interdisciplinary courses in Electrical Power Supply Systems, Wind and Hydropower, Buildings, Biomass and Waste Technology Solar Thermal, and Thermal System Technology. The MSc aims to provide participants with hands-on experience and professional core competencies needed for a successful career. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to assume managerial positions and implement higher standards in the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency field in the Arab region.
