The “Master of Arts in Social Pedagogy n Education, Continuing Education and Training” is a 4-semester program conducted in German. It is suitable for applicants with a Bachelor’s degree or a Diploma in Social Work. The curriculum consits of interdisciplinary courses with a focus on Socialization and Education in Social Pedagogy, Dealing with Diversity, Teaching in Education, Training and Further Education for Social Professions, Observation, Advice and Support, and Empirical Methods in Social and Educational Research. Throughout their education, students will receive in-depth theoretical and practical training. The MA is application-oriented and provides participants with hands-on experience and key competencies. Furthermore, students will focus on developing a holistic approach towards challenging situations. Graduates are qualified for work as teachers in vocational schools, as social assistants, legal clerks, and more.
