The “Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning” is a 4-semester program conducted in German. It is a continuation of the corresponding Bachelor’s degree offered at the University of Kassel. The aim of the MSc is to solidify the knowledge of students and further their qualifications. The program offers participants three fields of study to choose from - Urban Design,  Sustainable Spatial Development, and Inventory Development and City Management. Throughout their education, students will acquire industry-specific knowledge and practical relevance. The MSc is research-oriented and provides participants with the social, methodological, and analytical skills needed for them to conduct scientific work independently. Depending on the specialisation of choice, graduates have various career opportunities in multiple sectors of the field.
