The part-time distance learning course “Master of Science in Applied Environmental Sciences” is offered by the University of Koblenz and Landau. The aim of the course is to provide to the participants in-depth knowledge and skills in environmentally relevant scientific, technical, jurisprudential and economic subject areas that enable application-oriented work in the environmental field. The master degree explores the environmental sector an interdisciplinary perspective on environmental problems and issues related to the environment while expanding the analytical thinking and conceptual work. Graduates acquire access to wide range of career opportunities from the public service such as in environmental authorities, research institutions, planning and expert offices, consulting firms, private research institutes, technical environmental protection, environmental management, EHS management, environmental communication and more.
