Description
Offered by the University of Koblenz and Landau the four-semester degree program “Master of Science in E-Government” is provided by the University of Koblenz and Landau. The course teaches methods and techniques for the holistic information system design for IT applications in the public sector, both for e-government as well as for citizen participation and IT use in strategic decision-making and public governance while the focus falls on imparting skills and knowledge on methods and techniques for design application and economic use of ICT in the administration and government. The content of the program includes various topics such as administrative IT subjects, business informatics, digital communication, security, collaboration, law, research internship and soft skills in administrative informatics and by successfully completing the “Master of Science in E-Government” graduates will be able to work as enterprise architects, systems analysts, system designers, information managers for the public sector, and more.
