With a total length of six semesters the “Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences” is provided by the University of Koblenz and Landau. The program provides to the participants the necessary scientific knowledge as well as strong comprehension in the areas of society, economics and politics while training the graduates to interdisciplinary consider, analyze and solve complex environmental problems. During the course, the participants acquire fundamentals in the subjects of biology, geography, physics, chemistry, mathematics, statistics and environmental sciences with basic knowledge in economics, ethics, environmental law and policy. After completing their bachelor degree, graduates will be able to work in scientific institutions, environmental departments of large companies, planning and advisory offices, associations, clubs, foundations, NGOs, political organizations and more.
