With a total duration of six semesters, the course “Bachelor of Arts in Pedagogy” is provided by the University of Koblenz and Landau. The bachelor provides to the participants the necessary scientifically sound, interdisciplinary and practice-oriented training. The participants obtain fundamental and methodological knowledge, important related disciplines such as sociology and psychology as well as selected key competencies along with topics such as diagnosis, counseling, planning, and management. Participants gain practical experience in the field of adult and continuing education along with the ability to deal with conflict situations and learn how to cooperate and work in a team while mastering how to deal with conflict situations.
