The “Master of Arts in Art Education” is a German-taught program with a duration of 4 semesters. It is a continuation of the corresponding Master’s degree offered at the University of Leipzig. The course is also available as a part-time study. The focal point of the program is to deepen the knowledge of students by introducing them to more complex matters. The MA offers participants specialisation options and enables them to set their career paths early on. Through various case studies and seminars, students will acquire hands-on experience and key competencies. Furthermore, the program is research-oriented and provides participants with the social, methodological, and analytical skills needed to carry out scientific work independently. Upon completion of the program, graduates are prepared to handle complex tasks and assume leadership positions in all sectors of the field.
