The “Bachelor of Arts in Art History” is a German-taught program with a duration of 6 semesters. It is also offered as a part-time study, ideal for individuals who wish to combine working and learning. Throughout their education, students will acquire a fundamental understanding of the entire history of art in Europe and the sectors of the world influenced by European culture. Through various case studies, group projects, and seminars, participants will gain hands-on experience and industry-specific skills. Furthermore, the BA is research-oriented and provides students with the analytical, methodological, and technical skills needed to carry out scientific work independently. As art historians, graduates are prepared to work in Museums and Collections, Galleries, Art trade, Art education, Monument Preservation, Universities, etc. They can also opt for a consecutive Master’s degree.
