The “Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry” is a German-taught program with a duration of 6 semesters. It is also available as a part-time study suitable for individuals who wish to balance out their careers, education, and private lives. The curriculum includes interdisciplinary courses with a focus on Natural Sciences, Biochemistry, Structural Analysis, Metabolism and Cell Biochemistry, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, etc. Alongside the compulsory modules, students can carry out elective modules and further their competencies. Throughout their education, participants will receive in-depth theoretical and practical training. They’ll acquire hands-on experience and key competencies needed for a successful career. Occupational activities include laboratory work in universities and research centres, science journalism, scientific associations, clinical monitoring, and more.
