The “Bachelor of Science in Economics” is a 6-semester program conducted in German and English. It is offered as a part-time study as well, ideal for individuals who wish to further their qualifications without having to pause their professional activities. The curriculum consists of interdisciplinary courses with a focus on Mathematics, Computer Science, Law, Economics, Investment and Taxation, Accounting and Controlling, Econometrics, and more. Additionally, students can personalise their education by taking up elective modules. Throughout the course of their studies, participants will receive extensive theoretical and practical training. Via different case studies, group projects, and seminars, students will acquire hands-on experience and industry-specific skills. The BSc prepares graduates for work in Purchasing and Materials Management, Production Control, Sales and Marketing, External and Internal Accounting, Organization and Data Processing, Human Resources, and Education and Training. They can also opt for a subsequent Master’s degree.
