The “Bachelor of Arts in Ethnology” is a 6-semester program conducted in German and English. It is also available as a part-time study ideal for professionals who wish to further their qualifications without pausing their careers. Throughout their education, students will focus on Social Anthropology, History, Economy, Politics, Religion, Body and Gender, Regional Language Practice, etc. Additionally, participants can personalise their studies by undertaking elective modules. The program is application-oriented and provides participants with practical relevance, key competencies, and soft skills needed for day-to-day operations. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to pursue a career in the fields of Science and Research, Culture and Media, Development Cooperation, Administration, Politics and Economy, and more. They can also opt for a consecutive Master’s degree.
